How to do the Dumbbell Decline One-Arm Fly

  1. 1Lie on a decline bench with a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. 2Extend your arm above your chest with a slight bend in your elbow.
  3. 3Lower the dumbbell out to the side in a wide arc until you feel a stretch in your chest.
  4. 4Bring the dumbbell back to the starting position using the same arc.
  5. 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
