How to do the Dumbbell 4 Ways Lateral Raise
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- 2Keep your arms straight and raise the dumbbells out to the sides until they are at shoulder height.
- 3Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
- 4Raise the dumbbells in front of you until they are at shoulder height.
- 5Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
- 6Raise the dumbbells diagonally in front of you until they are at shoulder height.
- 7Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
- 8Raise the dumbbells diagonally behind you until they are at shoulder height.
