How to do the Dumbbell Bent-over Curl

  1. 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. 2Bend at the hips and knees, keeping your back straight and torso bent over at about a 45-degree angle.
  3. 3Let your arms hang straight down from your shoulders, palms facing forward.
  4. 4Curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders by bending your elbows.
  5. 5Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
  6. 6Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
