How to do the Alternate Leg Raise (w/ Head Up)
- 1Lie flat on your back with your legs extended and your arms by your sides.
- 2Lift your head and shoulders slightly off the ground.
- 3Raise one leg to a 45-degree angle while keeping the other leg extended and close to the ground.
- 4Lower the raised leg while simultaneously raising the other leg.
- 5Continue alternating legs in a controlled manner.
