How to do the Band Bent-Leg Kickback (Kneeling)

  1. 1Start on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
  2. 2Place a resistance band around your thighs, just above your knees.
  3. 3Keep your right knee bent at a 90-degree angle and lift your leg up and back until your thigh is in line with your torso.
  4. 4Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement.
  5. 5Lower your leg back to the starting position.
  6. 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
