How to do the Bodyweight Forward Lunge (Hinge at Hips)
- 1Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
- 3Ensure your front knee is directly above your ankle and your other knee doesn't touch the floor.
- 4Hinge at your hips slightly as you lower your body.
- 5Push back up to the starting position.
