How to do the Bodyweight Glute-Dominant Step-Up
- 1Stand in front of the step with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2Place one foot on the step, ensuring your entire foot is on the surface.
- 3Push through the heel of the foot on the step to lift your body up.
- 4Bring your trailing leg up to the step, but do not place it on the step.
- 5Lower your trailing leg back to the ground and return to the starting position.
- 6Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
