How to do the Bodyweight Heel-Elevated Squat
- 1Stand with your heels elevated on a platform or weight plate.
- 2Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed slightly outward.
- 3Clasp your hands in front of your chest for balance.
- 4Lower your body by bending your knees and hips, keeping your back straight.
- 5Descend until your thighs are parallel to the ground or as low as you can comfortably go.
- 6Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
