How to do the Bodyweight One-Leg Squat
- 1Stand on one leg with the other leg extended forward.
- 2Keep your chest up and your core engaged.
- 3Lower your body by bending the knee of the standing leg.
- 4Descend until your thigh is parallel to the ground or as low as you can comfortably go.
- 5Push through your heel to return to the starting position.
- 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
