How to do the Dumbbell Glute-Dominant Step-Up
- 1Hold a dumbbell in each hand.
- 2Place one foot on the step, ensuring your knee is at a 90-degree angle.
- 3Push through the heel of the foot on the step to lift your body up.
- 4Bring the trailing leg up to the step without placing it on the step.
- 5Lower the trailing leg back to the ground slowly.
- 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
