How to do the Dumbbell One-Arm Lunge

  1. 1Stand upright holding a dumbbell in one hand at shoulder height.
  2. 2Step forward with one leg and lower your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
  3. 3Ensure your front knee is directly above your ankle and your back knee is just above the ground.
  4. 4Push through your front heel to return to the starting position.
  5. 5Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms and legs.
