How to do the Dumbbell One-Arm Overhead Lunge
- 1Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand.
- 2Raise the dumbbell overhead, keeping your arm fully extended.
- 3Step forward with one leg and lower your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
- 4Ensure your front knee is directly above your ankle and your back knee is just above the ground.
- 5Push through your front heel to return to the starting position.
- 6Repeat the movement with the same arm and leg, then switch sides.
