How to do the Dumbbell Pronated to Neutral Grip Row

  1. 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with a pronated (overhand) grip.
  2. 2Bend your knees slightly and hinge at your hips to lower your torso until it is almost parallel to the floor.
  3. 3Keep your back straight and core engaged.
  4. 4Pull the dumbbells towards your torso, rotating your grip to a neutral (palms facing each other) position as you lift.
  5. 5Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
  6. 6Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with a pronated grip.
