How to do the Dumbbell Pronated to Neutral Grip Row
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with a pronated (overhand) grip.
- 2Bend your knees slightly and hinge at your hips to lower your torso until it is almost parallel to the floor.
- 3Keep your back straight and core engaged.
- 4Pull the dumbbells towards your torso, rotating your grip to a neutral (palms facing each other) position as you lift.
- 5Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.
- 6Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with a pronated grip.
