How to do the Forward-to-Side-to-Rear Lunge
- 1Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2Step forward with your right leg into a forward lunge, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
- 3Push off your right foot and return to the starting position.
- 4Immediately step your right leg out to the side into a side lunge, keeping your left leg straight and lowering your hips.
- 5Push off your right foot and return to the starting position.
- 6Step your right leg backward into a rear lunge, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
- 7Push off your right foot and return to the starting position.
- 8Repeat the sequence with your left leg.
