How to do the Front-Back Leg Raise
- 1Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- 2Place your hands on your hips for balance.
- 3Lift one leg forward, keeping it straight, until it is parallel to the ground.
- 4Lower the leg back to the starting position.
- 5Lift the same leg backward, keeping it straight, as far as comfortable.
- 6Return the leg to the starting position.
- 7Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
- 8Switch to the other leg and repeat.
