How to do the Kettlebell Backward Lunge
- 1Stand upright holding a kettlebell in each hand.
- 2Step backward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about a 90-degree angle.
- 3Keep your front knee directly above your ankle and your back knee just above the ground.
- 4Push through the heel of your front foot to return to the starting position.
- 5Repeat on the other leg.
