How to do the One-Arm Towel Row

  1. 1Secure a towel around a sturdy object at chest height.
  2. 2Grasp the towel with one hand and step back until your arm is fully extended.
  3. 3Bend your knees slightly and lean back, keeping your back straight.
  4. 4Pull the towel towards your chest by bending your elbow and squeezing your shoulder blade.
  5. 5Slowly extend your arm back to the starting position.
  6. 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
