How to do the One-Leg Bridge (w/ Hip Flexion)

  1. 1Lie on your back with one leg bent and the other leg extended straight.
  2. 2Keep your arms at your sides with palms facing down.
  3. 3Lift your hips off the ground by pressing through the heel of your bent leg.
  4. 4Simultaneously, flex the hip of your extended leg, bringing your knee toward your chest.
  5. 5Lower your hips back to the starting position while extending your leg back out.
