How to do the One-Leg Glute Bridge (w/ External Rotation)

  1. 1Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Extend one leg straight out.
  3. 3Lift your hips off the ground into a bridge position while keeping your extended leg straight.
  4. 4Rotate your extended leg outward and then return it to the starting position.
  5. 5Lower your hips back to the ground and repeat.
