How to do the Pilates Leg Raise (Bent Knee)
- 1Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- 2Place your hands by your sides or under your lower back for support.
- 3Lift your legs off the ground, keeping your knees bent at a 90-degree angle.
- 4Raise your legs until your thighs are perpendicular to the floor.
- 5Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position without letting your feet touch the ground.
- 6Repeat the movement.
