How to do the Pilates One-Leg Stretch (Bent Knee)
- 1Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- 2Lift your head, neck, and shoulders off the ground.
- 3Extend one leg out straight while pulling the other knee towards your chest.
- 4Hold the bent knee with both hands.
- 5Switch legs, extending the bent leg and pulling the other knee towards your chest.
- 6Continue alternating legs in a controlled manner.
