How to do the Reverse Hyperextension (w/ Stability Ball)
- 1Lie face down on a stability ball with your hips centered on the ball.
- 2Extend your legs straight behind you and place your hands on the floor for support.
- 3Lift your legs up towards the ceiling, squeezing your glutes and lower back muscles.
- 4Slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position.
- 5Repeat the movement.
