How to do the Reverse Lunge High Knee Forward Lunge
- 1Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2Step backward with your right foot into a reverse lunge, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about 90 degrees.
- 3Push through your left heel to return to standing while bringing your right knee up towards your chest in a high knee position.
- 4Immediately step forward with your right foot into a forward lunge, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at about 90 degrees.
- 5Push through your right heel to return to the starting position.
- 6Repeat the movement on the other side.
