How to do the Reverse Plank (w/ Leg Lift)

  1. 1Sit on the floor with your legs extended and hands placed slightly behind your hips, fingers pointing towards your feet.
  2. 2Lift your hips off the ground, forming a straight line from your head to your heels.
  3. 3Engage your core and lift one leg off the ground, keeping it straight.
