How to do the Seated Knee-Up Rotation Stretch

  1. 1Sit on the floor with one leg extended and the other leg bent with the foot flat on the floor.
  2. 2Place the opposite arm on the outside of the bent knee.
  3. 3Place the other hand on the floor behind you for support.
  4. 4Twist your torso towards the bent knee, using your arm to gently push against the knee for a deeper stretch.
  5. 5Hold the position and then switch sides.
