How to do the Stability Ball Reverse Hyperextension
- 1Position a stability ball on a flat bench.
- 2Lie face down on the stability ball with your hips on the ball and your legs hanging off the edge.
- 3Hold onto the bench for support.
- 4Engage your glutes and lower back to lift your legs until they are in line with your torso.
- 5Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position.
