How to do the Staggered-Leg Glute Bridge

  1. 1Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Extend one leg out straight while keeping the other foot flat on the floor.
  3. 3Press through the heel of the foot on the floor to lift your hips towards the ceiling.
  4. 4Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement.
  5. 5Lower your hips back down to the starting position.
  6. 6Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
