How to do the Suspender Forward Lunge (w/ Rear Fly)
- 1Stand facing the anchor point of the suspension trainer, holding the handles with your arms extended in front of you.
- 2Step forward with one leg into a lunge position, keeping your back straight and lowering your hips until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle.
- 3As you lunge, open your arms out to the sides in a rear fly motion, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- 4Return to the starting position by pushing off your front foot and bringing your arms back together in front of you.
- 5Repeat on the opposite leg.
