How to do the Suspender Forward Lunge (w/ Rear Fly)

  1. 1Stand facing the anchor point of the suspension trainer, holding the handles with your arms extended in front of you.
  2. 2Step forward with one leg into a lunge position, keeping your back straight and lowering your hips until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle.
  3. 3As you lunge, open your arms out to the sides in a rear fly motion, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. 4Return to the starting position by pushing off your front foot and bringing your arms back together in front of you.
  5. 5Repeat on the opposite leg.
