How to do the Weighted Counterbalanced Squat
- 1Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a weight plate with both hands.
- 2Extend your arms straight out in front of you, keeping the weight plate at shoulder height.
- 3Lower your body into a squat position by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.
- 4Keep your back straight and chest up as you descend.
- 5Continue lowering until your thighs are parallel to the ground.
- 6Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
